QR Aluminum bikes feature a 3-year limited warranty on the frames, and a one year
warranty on parts.

Quintana Roo (QR) warrants to the original consumer that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the periods set forth below, subject to the limitations and requirements contained herein:
- Quintana Roo titanium frames for the lifetime of the frame.
- QR Carbon frames for three (3) years from date of purchase.
- QR Aluminum frames for three (3) years from date of purchase.
- All QR or Real Design branded components on QR assembled complete bikes for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- Paint finishes and decals on all QR frames for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
All components and additions on frame-only QR products are warranted only by the manufacturer of the item. Any implied warranties in connection with such items are disclaimed.

Quintana Roo wetsuits are designed as high performance triathlon and swimming accessories and
are engineered to exacting standards. All QR wetsuits have a 1-year warranty against
manufacturers defects, which covers glued and stitched seams, and warrantable wetsuits will either be
replaced or repaired at our discretion. Fingernail tears, other accidents or incidents*, and natural
wear and tear are not covered under this warranty and are the responsibility of the owner. The cost of
repairing a damaged suit will have to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our policy in terms of freight
in case of warranty is that you pay freight to us, we pay freight to you. We will send the wetsuit to
you in the same manner of priority sent to us.** If the wetsuit is in need of repair outside of warranty,
freight both ways is the responsibility of the owner of the wetsuit.

All Quintana Roo claims must be processed through an authorized Quintana Roo bicycle retailer.
This warranty offers no cash refunds.
This warranty is void if your bicycle is subjected to abuse, alterations, modifications, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper conditions.
Freight costs and any labor charges for part change overs, assembly, or disassembly are the responsibility of the owner.
